100 Year Limited Warranty

First, thank you so much for supporting New York Bearded Gent. I love knowing that people out there carry pieces of my work, pieces I craft carefully so that you can enjoy them for the rest of your life. That being said, working with leather and thread means that sometimes things break, even though I strive to use the highest quality materials available. 

As such, New York Bearded Gent warrants its pieces against material and workmanship defects under normal use and with proper maintenance for 100 years. 

New York Bearded Gent will repair or replace any item determined to be defective. Any item approved to be repaired or replaced must be shipped back to New York Bearded Gent with a prepaid label, so that it can be shipped back to you once repaired or replaced. If the piece cannot be repaired AND cannot be replaced, New York Bearded Gent will provide store credit of equal value to the original purchase price.

This 100 year limited warranty is void if the piece is re-sold or traded to another person. You must have valid proof of purchase or provide your email and/or shipping address so that we can verify you are the original owner.
